Challenge
Our client was in the process of a major transformation, driven by the need to modernize how front-line services were delivered to their customers and how operations were managed internally. The priority was a Data Analytics Strategy that would result in high quality, accessible, and well managed data that could support effective business intelligence and risk management.
For this project, the client needed a partner to augment their staff, providing specialized resources for four functional areas:
Business Analytics Competency Centre
Business intelligence and analytics services
Business reporting support
Data services.
The organisation required additional IT resources and subject matter expertise, plus additional planning for implementation of the enterprise data analytics strategy.
