In February 2020, S.i Systems was selected, through a competitive Request for Proposal process, as one of 9 supplier partners to provide IT Technical Resource Augmentation Services.
Challenge
Requirements for talent are dispersed across Ontario into five geographic zones. The client established a collaborative sourcing framework but needed help to provide savings to the end customers, conduct ongoing business reviews to resolve issues, and evaluate and monitor performance objectives.
