S.i. Systems has an extensive history of successful partnerships with multiple divisions of this large organization. Leveraging our proven Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015 certified since 2020), we’ve delivered more than 180 unique consultants for major initiatives. This includes being a key partner since 2013 on the department’s enterprise Resource Management Information System. 

In 2018, the department issued 2 competitive RFPs: one under the TBIPS Tier 2 SA and one under the TSPS Tier 2 SA. S.i. mobilized our dedicated Account Team and Strategic Business Development team. We won both contracts.

Challenge

The department’s existing solution was heavy on manual data entry, which cost them in terms of data accuracy and poor item visibility. To reach their goal, S.i. Systems provided the department with Subject Matter Experts in emerging AIDC technologies and Supply Chain Management from the consultant community.

Throughout the Project Definition phase (est. completion April 2022), S.i. Systems’ consultants have:

• developed business processes and reduce inefficiencies; 

• established a comprehensive regime of performance measurement metrics;

• guided resource allocation decisions;

• ensured inventory/assets accountability; 

• designed and implemented the technology solutions themselves.

Outcomes

We proposed our first candidate, a Business Warehouse SME, within 3 business days of receiving the client’s request and have successfully responded to more than 20 Task Authorizations since July 2018.
