Challenge
This retail giant had been struggling to keep up with staffing, specifically in the software development category. Having relied upon a systems integrator to identify talent for key roles in the organization, the costs were mounting while the roles were going unfilled.
Solution
S.i. Systems quickly filled three open roles in the security operations group. Utilizing S.i. Systems’ trademark rate transparency, it was realized that we were providing high value workers at a much more competitive rate than the integrator. We formed a partnership to reduce temporary worker costs across the group. In a short amount of time, S.i. Systems assisted in filling another 10 positions across the cyber security organization, resulting in significant savings for the client.

We brought our history and deep understanding of the retail IT staffing environment to a competitive RFP process in 2016, after they merged with another one of our clients, after which we were named a preferred vendor for the entire contingent workforce management program.
Outcomes
S.i. Systems transitioned 350 independent contractors from non-preferred sub-vendors in 30 days, and since 2010, we have executed over 2,400 contract transactions for staff augmentation workers and successfully paid over 2 million payroll hours.
